As a mom of two and wife, Leslie values the importance of work-life balance and brings this perspective into her professional role, advocating for policies that support both the organization and its workforce. Her home is filled with love and laughter, thanks to her family and two goofy dogs, who keep her grounded and inspired.

Bringing over a decade of HR experience to the table, my journey began in the bustling world of hospitality, where I thrived on tackling operational challenges head-on, earning a reputation for my knack for problem-solving and teamwork. Process-oriented by nature, and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and SHRM Professional, I am always interested in streamlining operations and maximizing efficiency. Yet, what truly drives me is the opportunity to connect with individuals, guiding them along their professional journey through coaching and mentorship. Outside of the office, I find joy in embarking on adventures with my husband, two lively daughters, and our newest addition – a puppy!
